1. About these terms
These terms apply to your use of shmor.ai and the Shmor marketplace sites (together, the "Sites"), operated by , 82 King Street, Manchester, M2 4WQ, United Kingdom. By using the Sites, you agree to these terms.
2. What Shmor does
Shmor is a free search, comparison and discovery service. We help you find products, services and offers from third-party providers. We are not the seller or provider of anything listed. When you buy, book or enquire, your contract is with that provider, under their terms.
3. Information on the Sites
We work hard to keep information accurate, but prices, availability, descriptions and offers come from providers and can change without notice. Always check the details on the provider's site before you commit. Comparisons may not cover every provider or product on the market.
Content on the Sites is general information, not professional, financial or legal advice. Offers, prices and availability may differ between the US, UK and Europe. We show offers for the region you select, but providers set the final terms.
4. Affiliate links
Some links are affiliate links, and we may earn a commission when you use them. This doesn't change the price you pay. See How we make money.
5. Using the Sites
You agree not to misuse the Sites. That includes attempting to disrupt them, scraping them at scale without permission, introducing malicious code, or using them for anything unlawful.
6. Intellectual property
The Shmor name, logo, design and content belong to us or our licensors. Provider names, logos and product information belong to their respective owners.
7. Third-party websites
We link to websites we don't control. We're not responsible for their content, products, services or privacy practices.
8. Our liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Subject to that, we're not liable for losses arising from your dealings with third-party providers, or for indirect or unforeseeable losses. The Sites are provided free of charge, "as is".
9. Changes
We may update these terms or change the Sites at any time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
10. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of , and its courts have jurisdiction, except where the law of your home country says otherwise.
UK and EEA consumers: nothing in these terms affects the mandatory consumer protections of the country you live in, and you may bring proceedings in your local courts.
US consumers: nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable federal or state consumer-protection law. Some states don't allow certain limitations of liability, so parts of section 8 may not apply to you.
